  • Fillets

    Fillet joints will be prepared in this way. All weld beads will be radiused down to create a uniform and sleek appearance. Low radius tooling will keep the profile small and tight to the parent materials.

  • Exterior Corners

    Exterior corners will be finished like this. Care will be taken to keep all surfaces flat and smooth so that exterior corners can be left crisp with only a filed radius applied to deburr the corners.
